This notice covers the inquiry form on the English site at /en/.

What is collected

Work email and your requirement are required. Name, company, country and telephone are optional. The form also sends the English page you came from so the request can be routed correctly.

Why it is used

We use the information only to answer your inquiry and to prepare a configuration or quotation. We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not share your details for advertising.

Cookies

Only the session cookie needed for form security is used. No analytics or advertising cookies are set on the English site.

ZhiYun product guide

The guide remembers its position, motion preference and recent messages in your current browser tab. These messages are not sent to an AI service or submitted as an inquiry. To send a project request to our team, use the inquiry form. Closing the tab clears the guide session.

Access and retention

Your inquiry is handled by the staff responsible for responding to it. We keep the details only for as long as we need them to answer your request and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, and then we remove them.

Technical request information

When you submit the form we also record the English page you came from, the time of submission and the IP address of the request. This is used to route the inquiry to the right person and to protect the form against spam and abuse. It is not used to build a profile of you.
